Keep the Practice is a 4-session online group programme designed to help you maintain your HypnoBirthing® techniques, deepen your preparation, and face birth with lasting confidence. A small group of 3 to 5 women, space for your questions, and a closer look at the fourth trimester. Everything you need to carry what you learned all the way into birth and beyond.
