The classes take place in real time via GoToMeeting and you will have the opportunity to interact with me as well as with the other expecting parents and birth partners.
The course is taught in a format of 5 times 2,5 hour sessions. This is 1 session a week during 5 consecutive weeks. The maximum group size is 8 couples per course.
