What Awaits You
This circle is designed especially for expectant mothers who need connection, relaxation, and personal attention during this transformative time. Led by an experienced antenatal hypnobirthing and hypnosis practitioner, you'll experience mindfulness techniques and deep relaxation practices that help you navigate the emotional landscape of pregnancy and prepare for birth.
Two hours. A small gathering of women. Deep rest, honest sharing, and practical tools you'll use long after you leave.

Learn why pregnancy emotions feel so intense (your brain is literally rewiring). Discover the difference between normal waves and when to seek support. Walk away knowing: you're transforming, not broken.
Deep Relaxation & Guided Meditation
Sink into hypnobirthing-style relaxation. Connect with your baby. Practice being with your emotions instead of pushing them away. Let your nervous system remember what calm feels like.
Sharing Circle
Speak what you've been holding. Listen to other women voice what you've been feeling but haven't said out loud. There's deep healing in realizing you're not alone.
Create Affirmations
Craft personalized affirmations that speak to your heart. Beautifully designed on good paper with color and care—these are yours to take home and return to.
Aromatherapy Oil Gift
Receive a special essential oil blend. When you need to ground yourself—in a hard moment, during labor, or on an overwhelming day—this scent will bring you back to the peace you found here.
Nourishment
All of this while being nourished with homemade banana bread, herbal tea, and fresh juice. Small acts of care while you do deeper work.

I've never meditated. Is that okay?
Absolutely. I guide you through everything. There's no "right way"—just your way.
What if I cry?
Then you cry. Tears are welcome. Tissues provided.
I don't know anyone. Will it feel awkward?
Most women come alone. The circle creates intimacy naturally. You'll be surprised how quickly it feels safe.
Which trimester?
All are welcome. Wherever you are in your pregnancy, you belong.
Can my partner come?
This circle is women-only, but I may offer partner circles if there's interest.
Refund policy?
Cancel with 48 hours notice for a full refund. After that, credit toward a future circle.
Only 8 Spaces
This circle is intentionally small so every woman has space to be truly seen and heard.
